Result of Annual General MeetingEuropa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, the AIM listed oil and gas exploration,development and production company focused on Europe, held its Annual GeneralMeeting yesterday.
Ordinary Resolutions 1 to 5 were passed on a show of hands. Special Resolution6, regarding the disapplication of statutory pre-emption rights went to a poll.The result of the poll was as follows: 68.7% For and 31.3% Against. SpecialResolution 6 was therefore not passed.
