Entain plc (LSE: ENT), the global sports betting and gaming group, announces transactions of Entain ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") due to portfolio rebalancing transactions by Eminence Capital, LP as set out below:
There is no change to the aggregate holding of the funds and accounts managed by Eminence Capital, LP as a result of the rebalancing transactions. The purchase and sales were done simultaneously as separate cross transactions between Eminence funds and accounts.
