Entain plc (LSE: ENT), the leading global sports betting, gaming, and interactive entertainment group announces that Rahul Welde, an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of Pantheon International Plc with effect from 25th July 2023. On appointment, Rahul will become a member of Pantheon International Plc's audit, management engagement and nomination committees.
