Block Listing Application
An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and to the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 3,000,000 new ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, in order to satisfy the regular issue of shares from time to time under the Company's 2017 Long Term Incentive Plan and Annual Deferred Bonus Plan (1,650,000 new ordinary shares) as well as the UK Sharesave Plan and International Sharesave Plan (1,350,000 new ordinary shares).
The shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Admission is expected to occur on 24 June 2022.
Note: As at 23 June 2022 Entain has 588,781,989 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in issue and the total number of voting rights is 588,781,989.
