Block Listing Application

EnQuest PLC (the "Company") announces that application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 4,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.05 each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
The application is being made in relation to Shares to be issued pursuant to the Company's 2012 Sharesave Scheme.
When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Shares. It is expected that admission will become effective on 31 May 2019.
