Change to Board Role

London, 24 March 2022 - In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11(3), Energean plc (LSE: ENOG, TASE: אנאג) is pleased to announce the appointment of Roy Franklin OBE as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director. Roy will take over the role from Andrew Bartlett who will remain as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee. Roy will remain as a member of the Nomination & Governance Committee and Environment, Sustainability and Social Responsibility Committee.
