European Motor Hldgs PLC23 June 2006 For immediate release 23 June 2006 EUROPEAN MOTOR HOLDINGS plc ("EMH") At the Annual General Meeting of European Motor Holdings plc being held atmidday today, Richard Palmer, Chief Executive, will make the followingstatement: "The Group's profits for the financial year to date are in line with itsinternal expectations and significantly ahead of last year. This improvement isprincipally due to the new businesses we acquired last year, but also due to theperformance of our manufacturer partners who, collectively in the calendar yearto date, continue to outperform the market as a whole.
