Man Group plc (the "Company"), announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents on the London Stock Exchange as part of its US$50 million share buyback programme announced on 05 March 2024.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company will hold 109,304,387 of its ordinary shares in treasury and will have 1,204,045,572 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). Note: This figure takes into account the transfer from treasury of 1,908,954 ordinary shares on 8 March 2024 pursuant to the vesting of awards under various partner share plans.
Since the commencement of the share repurchase programme, the Company has repurchased 520,000 ordinary shares in aggregate at a weighted average price of 248.0077 pence per share.
All transactions under this programme will be published on the Company's website (www.man.com) on a weekly basis.
