Interim Dividend - Pence Sterling Amount Payable
Man Group plc (the "Company") announced on 2 August 2022, an interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2022 of 5.6 cents per ordinary share and communicated that the corresponding amount in Pence Sterling per ordinary share would be announced on 25 August 2022. The Pence Sterling amount payable in respect of the interim dividend has been determined with reference to the average of the market exchange rates on the three working days commencing 22 August 2022, resulting in an applicable exchange rate of £1:US$1.18203. Accordingly, the Pence Sterling amount payable to Shareholders in relation to the interim dividend will be 4.7 pence per ordinary share.
The interim dividend will be paid on 9 September 2022 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 12 August 2022.
