Final Dividend - Pence Sterling Amount Payable

Man Group plc (the "Company") announced a final dividend for the year ending 31 December 2023 of 10.7 centsΒ per ordinary share on 29 February 2024 and communicated that the corresponding amount in Pence Sterling per ordinary share would be announced on 9 May 2024. The Pence Sterling amount payable in respect of the final dividend has been determined with reference to the average of the market exchange rates on the three working days commencing 3 May 2024, resulting in an applicable exchange rate ofΒ Β£1:US$1.25305. Accordingly, the Pence Sterling amount payable to shareholdersΒ in relation to the final dividendΒ will be 8.54 Pence SterlingΒ per ordinary share.

The final dividend will be paid on 22 May 2024 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 12 April 2024.
