Final Dividend - Pence Sterling Amount Payable

Man Group plc (the "Company") announced a final dividend for the year ending 31 December 2024 of 11.6 centsĀ per ordinary share on 27 February 2025 and communicated that the corresponding amount in pence sterling per ordinary share would be announced on 9 May 2025. The pence sterling amount payable in respect of the final dividend has been determined with reference to the average of the market exchange rates on the three working days commencing 6 May 2025, resulting in an applicable exchange rate ofĀ Ā£1:US$1.3351. Accordingly, the pence sterling amount payable to shareholdersĀ in relation to the final dividendĀ will be 8.69 pence sterlingĀ per ordinary share.

The final dividend will be paid on 21 May 2025 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 11 April 2025.
