Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)
Man Group plc (the "Company") received notification on 26 August 2025 that Steven Desmyter, President, being a PDMR of the Company, cancelled his participation in the 2024 3-year Sharesave offer, resulting in the lapse of an option over 17,954 shares (and the return of the accumulated savings to him).
The option was granted on 3 September 2024, under the Man Group 2019 Sharesave Scheme, to acquire ordinary shares of 33/7 US cents each in the Company at an option price of 176 pence per share.
Steven Desmyter has made an application to participate in the 2025 Sharesave offer. A further announcement will be made once any option is granted to him.
The Company also received notification on 26 August 2025 that Antoine Forterre, CFO, being a PDMR of the Company, cancelled his participation in the 2022 5-year Sharesave offer, resulting in the lapse of an option over 14,925 shares (and the return of the accumulated savings to him).
The option was granted on 6 September 2022, under the Man Group 2019 Sharesave Scheme, to acquire ordinary shares of 33/7 US cents each in the Company at an option price of 201 pence per share.
Antoine Forterre has also made an application to participate in the 2025 Sharesave offer. A further announcement will be made once any option is granted to him.
