Trading Update
Elixirr International plc ("Elixirr", the "Company" or, together with its subsidiary undertakings, the "Group"), an established, global award-winning challenger consultancy, is pleased to provide a trading update following the end of the six-month period ended 30 June 2025 ("H1 25").
The Group continues to trade strongly. In its annual results announcement on 28 April 2025, the Board confirmed that Q1 2025 had been a record revenue quarter for the Group. Since that announcement, Q2 2025 has also been a record revenue quarter for the Group with five record revenue months during the six-month period. During H1 25, revenue increased by 35% in total and by 17% on an organic basis compared to the comparable period during 2024. Year to date profitability margins are consistent with those achieved in recent years.
The Board remains confident that results for full year FY 2025 will be in line with market expectations.
The Group will announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025 on 22 September 2025.
