Elixirr International plc (AIM:ELIX), an established, global award-winning challenger consultancy, announces that on 25 January 2024 Charlotte Stranner, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 69,566 ordinary shares of 0.005p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 575p per Ordinary Share.
Following the sale, Charlotte Stranner's beneficial holding is 300,439 Ordinary Shares representing 0.64 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
