Issue of Options
Elecosoft plc (AIM: ELCO), the AIM-listed construction software specialist, announces that yesterday the Company issued a total of 750,000 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares in the Company under the Elecosoft 2015 Share Option Plan, as adopted by the shareholders at the AGM on 26 May 2016, to various directors of the Company (the "Options"). The Options shall vest if, and only if, the performance targets listed below are met:
1. Revenue of the Company as per the Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 is at least £21,400,000; and
2. EPS as per the Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 is at least 2.76 pence.
If either of the performance targets is not met, the Options shall lapse.
The options are exercisable at 28.7 pence and will expire on 26 October 2026. Details of director and other PDMR option awards are included in the disclosure notices at the end of this announcement.
