Publication of 2025 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting, and Final Dividend Dates

The Board of Eleco plc (AIM: ELCO), the specialist software provider for the built environment, announces that the Annual General Meeting for the year ended 31 December 2025 will be held at Cavendish's headquarters, One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL on 3 June 2026 at 11:00 (BST).

Printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to those shareholders who requested to receive them. The form of proxy has also been posted to all shareholders. A digital copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting will be made available for download from the Eleco plc website at www.eleco.com. 

Final Dividend Date 

Further to the announcement on 28 April 2026 of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2025, the Company confirms, if Resolution 6 is approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, the dates relevant to the payment of the final dividend are as follows:
