Dividend Timetable
Eleco Plc (AIM: ELCO), the AIM-listed construction software specialist, announces that further to the announcement of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2020, on 29 March 2021 the Company confirms the dates relevant to the payment of the dividend are as follows:

As announced following its AGM on 6 May 2021, the Company does not have the authority to offer a scrip dividend alternative and as a result, the dividend will be payable in cash only.
