Eleco plc (the 'Company')
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that on 19 March 2009 it issued and allotted 705,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each ("New Shares") to the Trustees of the Eleco plc Employee Share Ownership Trust for the purpose of satisfying awards under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("Plan"). An application has been made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company.
The Company was notified on 19 March 2009 that, following the award of New Shares under the Plan, the following awards were made, at nil cost, to the directors mentioned below:-
