EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF), theβ―AIM-listed global diagnostics business, confirms that, further to the passing of the resolution at the AGM, a cash dividend of 1.2p per ordinary share will be paid in relation to its 2021 results as per the below timetable. The dividend will be paid to shareholders, on the register at close of business on 4 November 2022, on 1 December 2022.
