Director Share Transfer
EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF), the growing in-vitro diagnostics company, announces that it received notification on 17 June 2013 from Adam Reynolds, Non-Executive Director of EKF, that he has transferred 100,000 shares of one pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to his daughter as a gift. The transfer took place on 17 June 2013. Adam Reynolds' beneficial interest in the Company following this notification is now 3,176,153 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.16 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
