CORRECTION: FURTHER TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT (REF: PRNUK-2506071453-1136) ISSUED AT 14:53 HRS ENTITLED "HOLDINGS IN COMPANY", IN WHICH THE COMPANY STATED THAT UNIVERSITIES SUPERANNUATION LTD HAD AN INTEREST IN 1,790,000 ORDINARY SHARES IN THE COMPANY, THE ANNOUNCEMENT SHOULD HAVE STATED THAT UNIVERSITIES SUPERANNUATION LTD IN FACT NO LONGER HAS AN INTEREST IN THE COMPANY. On 21 June , IBL was informed that, as a result of recent purchases, Helium
Special Situations Fund now holds 5 ,03 0,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
This holding represents 14.97 % of the total voting rights of the Company.
On 22 June the Company also received notification that Universities Superannuation Ltd no longer has an interest in the Company.
