6 September 2005 International Brand Licensing Plc ("IBL") AGM Statement At today's Annual General Meeting of IBL, owner of the Admiral sportswearbrand, all resolutions were passed.In his address to shareholders, Chairman Adam Reynolds, made the followingstatement:"I am pleased to report that trading has continued to improve since our interimstatement in August.Demand for Admiral England cricket apparel continues to grow and has exceededinternal budgets to date. Continued exposure across all forms of media hascertainly heightened awareness of English cricket and further enhanced thevalue of the Admiral brand as a whole. This is evidenced in the size and numberof orders from both new and existing retailers.I speak on behalf of the whole Board in saying that we are very encouraged bythe outlook for the current year and beyond."
