Enterprise Inns plc (the 'Company')
Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company confirms that on the 15 December 2016, it granted to the following executive director an option, under the Enterprise Inns 2015 Save as You Earn Scheme, to acquire the number of ordinary shares of 2.5 pence in the Company set out below at a price of 83.40 pence per share:
W S Townsend - 17,985 ordinary shares
This option will normally be exercisable from 1 February 2022 to 31 July 2022 and is not subject to any other performance criteria.
