Trading Statement

eg solutions plc (AIM: EGS), the back office optimisation software company, is pleased to report an update on current trading for the twelve months ending 31 January 2015

The Company is pleased to report that the progress described at the Company's recent AGM has continued. The Group has recently secured a number of further contracts from both new and existing customers and continued in building a strong pipeline for the remainder of the year and next. As a result, eg anticipates reporting revenue for the first six months of the financial year ahead of the comparative periods in 2012 and 2013, and that its financial performance for the full year to 31 January 2015 will be ahead of the Board's expectations. The Company looks forward to providing further detail at its interim results, expected to be announced in September 2014.

Elizabeth Gooch, acting CEO of eg solutions said:

"We have made good progress in the four months since the year end; this has given the Board greater confidence and visibility for the full year performance. We have refocused the business, making a number of senior hires in key areas of the business, and we are beginning to see the benefits of this. We still have more work to do to capitalise on the market opportunity, but believe we are starting to build momentum."
