EG Solutions plc04 April 2006 04 April 2006 EG Solutions plc (the "Company") Placing of director's shares On 3 April 2006 Elizabeth Gooch, the Company's founder and Chief Executive,released 950,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 6.6% ofthe Company's issued share capital, to Brewin Dolphin to place at a price of150p per share with a range of new and existing shareholders includinginstitutional and private investors. At the same time, Jon Pyke, a Non-executive Director of the Company purchased6,600 ordinary shares at 150p. Following the placing, Mrs Gooch remains interested in 7,617,730 ordinaryshares, representing 53.3% of the issued share capital of the Company and MrPyke is interested in 6,600 ordinary shares, representing 0.1% of the issuedshare capital of the Company.
