EG Solutions plc07 June 2005 eg solutions plc (the "Company") Director Shareholding The Company was notified today that Mr Paul Maguire, Sales and MarketingDirector of the Company, currently has a beneficial interest in 47,059 ordinaryshares in the Company representing 0.33 per cent of the issued share capital ofthat class. In addition, 285,877 options to subscribe for shares at a price of 85p each,representing 2.0 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company,were granted to Mr Maguire on 6 June 2005. 117,647 of these were pursuant to theCompany's EMI scheme and the balance of 168,230 under an unapproved share optionscheme. The first twenty five per cent of the total of these options are notsubject to performance criteria, however the remaining seventy five per cent ofthe options are subject to performance criteria based on earnings per sharegrowth.
