London, 10 May 2024 – Endeavour Mining plc (LSE:EDV, TSX:EDV) (“the Company”) announces in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R that Cathia Lawson-Hall, Independent Non-Executive Director, has joined the board of Eurazeo SE (“Eurazeo”), a company listed on the Euronext Paris, as a non-executive director effective following her election at Eurazeo’s Combined Shareholder’s Meeting on 7 May 2024.
