Electronic Data Processing PLC20 July 2006 20 July 2006 Electronic Data Processing PLC Disposal of Freehold Property Electronic Data Processing PLC has today announced the exchange and completionof the disposal of its freehold property in East Grinstead. The considerationfor the freehold, comprising 12,000 square feet of office space, is £1.5million. Of this amount, £1.3 million is payable on completion and £200,000 ispayable after a period not exceeding 12 months from completion. Costsassociated with the disposal are estimated to be £30,000. The property had anet book value of £1,049,000 at 31 March 2006. The net sale proceeds are to beretained.
