Electronic Data Processing PLC10 June 2005 Electronic Data Processing PLC Exercise of options and director's shareholding Electronic Data Processing PLC (the "Company") announces that Mr Julian Wassell,a director of the Company, has exercised share options for 30,000 5p ordinaryshares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 40p per share in respect of shareoptions that were granted on 22 February 2002. These Ordinary Shares wereissued and allotted on 9 June 2004. Following this notification, Mr Wassell's holding in the Company is 30,000Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.12per cent. of the issued sharecapital. Application will be made for the shares to be admitted to the Official List ofthe United Kingdom Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange foradmission to trading. It is expected that dealings in the new shares willcommence on 16 June 2005.
