Confirmation of Share Purchase by the EBT Trust

Eurocell PLC (LSE: ECEL) ("the Company") confirms it has been notified by Equiniti Trust (Jersey) Limited, in their capacity as trustees of the Eurocell Employee Benefit Trust ("the Trust"), that on 21 December 2017 the Trust completed the purchase of 2,144 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company at an average price of £2.16.

Following this purchase, the Trust will transfer these shares (representing less than 0.001% of the voting rights) to satisfy the exercise of options under the company's SAYE scheme.
