Director/PDMR Shareholding
Eurocell plc announces it has been notified that William Truman, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 43,662 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 18 May 2026 at a price of £1.07 per Ordinary Share.
Additionally, Eurocell plc announces it has been notified that Nicola Vitale, a PCA of William Truman, purchased 20,205 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 18 May 2026 at a price of £1.04 per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, William Truman's total reportable shareholding in the Company is 101,070 Ordinary Shares (including those held by PCAs). This equates to 0.1% of the voting rights of the Company.
