Rule 2.10 Announcement: Exercise of Share Options
As required by Rule 2.10 of the City Code, Ebiquity plc (the "Company") announces that it has issued 25,137 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options under the Company's share option schemes.
Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM, with trading expected to commence on 12 November 2013 ("Admission"). Upon Admission, the shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
After issue of these new shares, Ebiquity plc has 60,500,647 Ordinary Shares in issue.
