DIRECTORS' DEALING
The Company announces that Nick Waters, Chief Executive Officer, was granted an award over 916,217 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's share option plan yesterday. Alan Newman (Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer) was also granted an award yesterday over 235,609 Ordinary Shares under the same plan. This plan is subject to a performance target based on Earnings Per Share being met at the end of a three year period.
