DIRECTORS' DEALING
The Company announces that Nick Waters, Chief Executive Officer, was granted an award over 1,094,288 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's share option plan yesterday. Julia Hubbard, Chief Financial Officer was also granted an award yesterday over 481,844 Ordinary Shares under the same plan. These awards are in the form of nil priced options. They were granted in relation to FY 2023 and are subject to a performance target based on earnings per share being met at the end of the three year period to 31 December 2025.
