Block listing application
The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the admission to trading on AIM of a block listing of 750,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
These Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing to be issued as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme and Unapproved Share Option Scheme respectively.
It is expected that admission of these Ordinary Shares will become effective on 29th April 2015. These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.
