Exercise of Options and Director Shareholding
The Company announced that, following the exercise of options ("Option Exercise"), application has been made for 50,000 new Ordinary Shares ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market ("AIM") of London Stock Exchange plc. Admission of the new Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective on 20 March 2012.
The Company also announces that as part of the Option Exercise, Julia Trouse, Director acquired and subsequently sold 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company. As a result of this transaction Julia Trouse's holding in the Company remains unchanged as follows:

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's total issued share capital with voting rights and which is admitted to trading on AIM will consist of 55,119,201 ordinary shares of 5p each, with one voting right per share.
