Sale of Thermal Imaging Camera Systems
e2v technologies plc (e2v), the specialist provider of innovative technology for high performance systems and equipment, announces the sale of Thermal Imaging Camera Systems (TICS), a business unit within the Imaging division, to Avon Rubber plc.
The disposal is part of e2v's strategy to focus on its core customers, markets and opportunities, with the ongoing simplification of its operations.
