The Company was notified on 11th July 2008 that Finisterre Special Situations Fund and Finisterre Global Opportunity Fund, both managed by Finisterre Capital LLP, hold 9,900,000 and 4,369,299 Ordinary Shares in the Company respectively, representing 6.96% and 3.07% of the voting rights in, and the issued share capital of, the Company.
