Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software and services for recruiters, has been notified by Julie Pomeroy, a non-executive Director of the Company, that Oxford Cannabinoid Technologies Holdings plc, a company of which she is a non-executive director, entered into administration on 2 May 2025.
This announcement is being disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2, Paragraph (G) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
