Dillistone Group Plc("Dillistone", the "Company" or the "Group") Annual General Meeting statement

At today's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software and services to the recruitment industry, Giles Fearnley, Chairman of Dillistone, will make the following AGM statement:

"We are pleased to report that trading is in line with management expectations for H1.

Cash generation has also been in line with expectations for the period and has been further strengthened by today's announcement of a new loan from a related party.

In the Outlook section of our Annual Report 2024, we stated that "our improving competitiveness allowed us to achieve our best quarter for new business contract wins since Q1 2023". While the market remains challenging, we are pleased to report that by the end of May 2025 we had already secured new orders equivalent to over 60% of the total value of all new orders received in the previous year.

We believe this validates our ongoing investment in product development and our belief that our competitive performance is improving.

The Group remains confident in its ability to deliver performance for the full year in line with market expectations."
