AMERICAPITAL PLC: withdrawal of previous management accounts found on GXG website The Directors of Americapital PLC (GXG ACL:G4) ("the company") wishes toannounce today that its annual financial accounts is ready for imminent releaseand expects to lodge them with Companies House and the market on the 30th ofSeptember 2013. As a result of this, its current set of management accounts on the GXGmarketsexchange website is no longer valid and as such is withdrawn from viewing. Itis expected to be replaced by the annual financial accounts mentioned above.
