Changes in directors' interests and total voting rights

Acal plc (LSE: ACL, "Acal" or the "Company"), a leading European specialist electronics supplier, announces that the Placing announced on 8 March 2013 has completed following Admission at 8:00am today.

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, following the admission of 2,816,074 new ordinary shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List today, the Company's total issued ordinary share capital comprises of 31,295,878 ordinary shares of 5 pence each with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights as at 28 March 2013 in the Company is 31,295,878. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Further to the expected subscriptions, announced on 8 March 2013, by certain Directors through the Placing at the Placing Price, the Company has today been notified that the following Directors have subscribed for the corresponding number of Ordinary shares at a price of £2.15 per share. Following this transaction each of these individuals holds the number of Ordinary Shares listed below, representing the corresponding percentage of the existing ordinary share capital of the Company.
