DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
discoverIE Group plc (LSE:DSCV, the "Company") has been notified that, further to the announcement of 6 June 2018, Nick Jefferies (Group Chief Executive) and Simon Gibbins (Group Finance Director) have today sold 394,045 and 198,992 ordinary shares of 5 pence each, respectively, in order to settle personal tax liabilities relating to the exercise of options under the Company's 2008 Long Term Incentive Plan.
