Director/PDMR Shareholding
discoverIE Group plc (LSE:DSCV, the "Company"), a leading international designer and manufacturer of customised electronics for industrial applications, announces that, on 23 June 2022, Mrs Susan Jefferies, wife of Nick Jefferies, and Simon Gibbins, each acquired 3,297 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £6.01.
Following these purchases, Nick Jefferies is interested in 1,245,127 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.30% of the Company's voting share capital and Simon Gibbins is interested in 391,561 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.41% of the Company's voting share capital.
