Acal plc

1 On 31 March 2011, Nicholas Jefferies (Group Chief Executive) was granted a nil-cost option over 131,818 ordinary shares of 5p each under the Acal Plc 2008 Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").

This option is exercisable between 2014 and 2021 dependent upon the satisfaction of certain performance criteria under the terms of the LTIP, set out in detail in the Company's Remuneration Committee Report.

The number of shares under option was determined using a share price of 330 pence per share, being the closing price of an ordinary share on 30 March, 2011, the last business day prior to the date of grant.

Following this option grant, Nicholas Jefferies has the following interest in the ordinary shares of Acal Plc;

2 On 31 March 2011, Simon Gibbins (Group Finance Director) was granted a nil-cost option over 54,545 ordinary shares of 5p each under the Acal Plc 2008 Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").

This option is exercisable between 2014 and 2021 dependent upon the satisfaction of certain performance criteria under the terms of the LTIP, sot out in detail in the Company's Remuneration Committee Report.

The number of shares under option was determined using a share price of 330 pence per share, being the closing price of an ordinary share on 30 March, 2011, the last business day prior to the date of grant.

Following this option grant, Simon Gibbins has the following Interest In the ordinary shares of Acal Plc;
