discoverIE Group plc announces that it has been notified that Malcolm Diamond, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, will retire as Non-Executive Chairman of AIM-listed Flowtech Fluidpower plc with effect from their forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 3 June 2020.
