Will Gardiner, CEO and a PDMR, has notified the Company that on 22 December 2021 he sold 16,667 ordinary shares in the Company at an aggregate price of 595.0 pence per share. Following the transaction, Will Gardiner's total shareholding in the Company is 602,286 shares.
