Further to and following the announcement of 27 April 2011 confirming the appointment of Alan McClue as the Company's Chairman with effect from 1 May 2011, Driver, the global construction consultancy, is pleased to announce that on 27 April 2011 Mr McClue purchased 42,500 shares in the Company at an average price of 20.55p per share.
