Driver, the global construction consultancy, announces that on 29 June 2011 Colin Davies, non-executive director, purchased 15,000 shares in the Company at a price of 28p per share.
Following the purchase, Colin Davies is interested in 15,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.06 per cent. of the issued share capital.
