Darty plc - Senior Management Changes

Following the recommendation by the Board of the Fnac Offer, it has been agreed that Régis Schultz will from today cease his role as Managing Director of Darty France. He will remain as Group Chief Executive of Darty plc and will be based in London.

Benoît Jaubert, currently Commercial Director at Darty France has been appointed Managing Director of Darty France with immediate effect, he will also have interim responsibility for the management of the Belgian business (Vanden Borre) and Dutch business (BCC).

Benoît Jaubert

Benoît joined the Group in 1998, initially as a Regional Director in the Bordeaux area, followed in 2003 by 4 years as a Multimedia and Telecoms Purchasing Director. He moved to Darty Spain in 2008 initially as Commercial Director and became Managing Director in late 2008. He returned to Darty France as Commercial Director in 2013.
